2. Listing Fees
Listing fees are generally non-refundable once a listing has been published on the platform. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a listing fails to publish due to technical errors on our platform
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same listing
- Service Unavailability: If our platform was unavailable for an extended period during your listing duration
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and your listing has not received any inquiries
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Listings that have been active for more than 24 hours
- Listings that have received inquiries or leads
- Listings removed due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind after listing publication
- Inability to sell your item or service
- Listings with incorrect information provided by the user
- Account termination due to policy violations
4. Premium Services
Premium listing upgrades (featured listings, highlighted listings, etc.) are non-refundable once activated. If you purchase a premium service and wish to cancel before activation, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days
- Refunds for annual subscriptions after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your AFRIINVESTHUB account
- Go to your Dashboard and find the relevant transaction
- Contact our support team via the Contact page or email
- Provide your order/transaction ID, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
8. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers
AFRIINVESTHUB acts as a marketplace facilitator connecting buyers and sellers. We do not handle payments between buyers and sellers directly. Disputes regarding transactions between parties should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. However, we encourage users to report any fraudulent activity, and we may take action against accounts that violate our policies.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
